Nancy Navarro manages trademarks for large corporate clients, medium-sized companies and individuals. Her practice involves all aspects of trademark procurement and protection, including clearance, opinion work, preparation and prosecution of trademark applications both in the US and in foreign jurisdictions, appeals, oppositions, and cancellation proceedings including the contest of Internet domain names through the World Intellectual Property Organization panel system. She works with foreign associates all over the world to serve our clients and procure foreign trademark rights.
Nancy previously managed trademark matters for the law firm of Godwin & Gruber, LLP in Dallas, Texas. Her duties at Godwin & Gruber included trademark opinion work, enforcement of rights in trademarks including preparation of and response to demand letters, and working with trial counsel in various trademark lawsuits. Prior to handling trademark matters at Godwin & Gruber, Nancy was a trademark attorney and managing co-attorney of the Navarro IP Law Group in Richardson, Texas.
She is fluent in Spanish.
