Seth is an experienced practitioner in the areas of software agreements, trademarks, licensing, and brand building. Before attending law school, he worked in the consumer products industry where he dealt with mega brands like Nike, Oakley and Adidas. In law school he focused his studies on e-commerce, technology and commercial transactions. Seth began his legal career in Denver with Faegre and Benson where he practiced corporate, technology, software, trademark and licensing law. He is the author of Risk of Loss in Electronic Transactions; Vintage Law for the 21st Century in the UVA Journal of Law and Technology (Fall 2001). He has experience with, vendor relationships, advertising, marketing, financial institutions, employee, credit issues and real estate. Seth is a member of the Colorado and New Mexico Bars, and holds real estate licenses in both states.
