William Shelby is a registered U.S. Patent Agent.  He specializes in the preparation of patent applications in the electrical, electronic, data-processing, software, mechanical, and electro-mechanical patent areas.

Mr. Shelby was formerly a Naval Aviator flying the Lockheed P-3 Orion anti-submarine warfare and maritime patrol aircraft. While on active and reserve duty with the US Navy he served as the squadron Avionics/Electronics Division Officer, Pilot Training Officer, Standardization Pilot, and Assistant Operations Officer. He has been a Captain at American Airlines for 15 years and is an Airline Transport Pilot rated on the Boeing 737/757/767, Fokker F-100 and Lockheed L-188 aircraft.
